Patrice Cameau is the founder of CAMPSpace™, the only collaborative work space in Prince George’s County, Md. As a strategic communications professional, she has 10+ years of experience creating and executing campaigns for a host of nonprofit, sports, entertainment and lifestyle brands. Recently, she’s managed publicity and marketing campaigns for Super Bowl Champion, Troy Polamalu; humanitarian and retired NFL player, Madieu Williams; the Veterans of Foreign Wars; Covenant House International; and Grammy nominated artist, Wale.
Patrice also founded “The NEW YOU Project,” a makeover event for homeless women, and co-founded of the “101 Hope Project,” which provides mentoring days in at-risk schools. In 2012, she launched CAMO (formerly www.theCOOKIElife.com) to help small business owners pursue their passions, create opportunities and scale up. Patrice received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Maryland College Park in 2005, and a Master of Arts degree in Public Communication from American University in 2010.
